Mill & Mortar - Citrus Salt Flakes

For a hint of citrus on fish and vegetable dishes.

Originating from underground salt sources in Villena, our hand-harvested salt flakes are dried by the Alicante wind in the Mediterranean sun.

They are then infused in oil obtained from sun-dried lemons with a green drizzle of lemon thyme. Citrus salt flakes are suitable for all types of fish and vegetables.
