Gourmet Ribbon Grater
This Ribbon Grater from Microplane comes from their Gourmet Series. The blade is made of surgical grade stainless steel from the USA because of it's quality and durability. The stainless steel frame provides extra durability for heavy usage while non-slip rubber end piece ensures your grater stays in place while you're working.
Ribbon Graters shred food into ribbons when you pull the food back and forth across the blades and is preferred when baking or cooking. Use a Ribbon Grater for apples, butter, cabbage, carrots, chilies, chocolate, coconut, hard and soft cheeses, onions and zucchini.
