Marcato Biscuit Press - Classic Silver

This Biscuit Press from Marcato is newly designed and made in Italy. It is an absolute workhorse in the kitchen. 20 traditional biscuit disc shapes are included with the biscuit press.

Designed with a different body shape, this biscuit press differs from the Ampia because its body is more ergonomic to hold and the handle detaches making it easier to store.

Marcato's Biscuit Press allows you to easily adjust cookie sizes from small to large with just the turn of a knob making 35-40 small cookies and 20-25 large cookies. To use the biscuit press, simply remove the top cover, insert your desired cookie disc, fill the chamber with dough, and replace the top and press handle. Each time you press the handle, a measured amount of dough is pushed through the disc shape of your choice for consistently beautiful looking cookies.

The ergonomic design makes making cookies easier and less messy than using a cookie cutter. The press is easy to disassemble for thorough cleaning and easy to reassemble for use and storage.

Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Dry immediately after washing.
