In celebration of the BOH community who made Hedley & Bennett Hedley & Bennett, they're launching a special edition À La Carte Collection apron. Meet the Deli Cup Essential Apron, featuring IYKYK embroidery that all back-of-house chefs and cooks know well. And yes, the apron's towel loop is blue taped and labeled "Apron". A portion of proceeds from this apron supports La Cocina, a nonprofit working to solve problems of equity in business ownership for women, immigrants, and people of color.
